La presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner lanzará en los próximos días un plan canje para calefones, termotanques y cocinas que se enmarca en el paquete de medidas adoptadas para fomentar el consumo y paliar la crisis financiera internacional. Según se adelantó, la compra del artefacto a precio diferenciado incluirá la desinstalación del aparato viejo y la instalación del nuevo.
Ernesto Lippi, responsable de la Federación de Instituciones de Instaladores Gasistas, Sanitaristas, Anexo y Afines (Feigas), calificó como "revolucionario" para el sector el plan canje calefones, termotanques y cocinas que en los próximos días lanzará el Gobierno.
Luego de la reunión que mantuvo el jueves pasado con el secretario de Comercio Interior de la Nación, Guillermo Moreno, se ultimaron los detalles "del convenio que se va a firmar" esta semana.
"Es un plan revolucionario, inédito, que va a generar una producción masiva de artefactos, va a derivar en una importante rotación en las ventas de los artefactos y uno de los aspectos más importantes es el sostenimiento y la creación de nuevas fuentes de empleo", destacó el cordobés titular de Feitas.
Las características del plan serán anunciadas por la presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Lippi destacó que la compra del artefacto a precio diferenciado incluirá la desinstalación del aparato viejo y la instalación del nuevo.
La iniciativa contará con un "efecto multiplicador en todos los aspectos, porque también va a movilizar a la fabricación y a las ventas de todos los elementos accesorios que conlleva un cambio de artefacto", resaltó.
Los beneficios en materia de seguridad, ahorro en el consumo y mejoras en tema ambiental, son puntos a su favor ya que en mucho de los casos los artefactos que están instalados en las viviendas no cumplen con las Normas Argentinas del Gas (NAG 200).
La Feigas nuclea a 58 entidades de todo el país y cuenta con alrededor de 62.000 afiliados matriculados que están habilitados para realizar los trabajos que va a requerir el futuro plan canje, precisó Lippi.
"Por cada instalador matriculado tenemos otras dos manos de obra", mencionó Lippi al significar la importancia en materia laboral del proyecto nacional, y calificó como "muy oportuno" que el lanzamiento se realice en esta época de verano las posibilidades de empleo se reducen considerablemente. Finalmente anunció que el plan resultará "exitoso" porque involucra "beneficios al sector industrial, empresarial y laboral".
